Dorado
The one that inspired it all. Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is an American Single Malt whiskey with the true character of the American Southwest.
100% Malted Barley
Dorado begins with the highest quality 2-row malted barley.
Mesquite Smoked
We then dry and smoke the barley over a fire made from mesquite wood.
Made 100% on site
‘We then mash, ferment, and distill in our 500-gallon pot still for the richest possible flavor. Following distillation, we age, blend, and bottle Dorado all on site.
Award Winning Flavor
Given a 90 Point rating by Whisky Advocate, Dorado has a nose of tobacco and chocolate, giving way to campfire embers, and finishing with soft tannins and sweet toffee on the palate.

Distillery tours
Tours of the Whiskey Del Bac distillery are available every weekend. While reservations are not required, we highly recommend booking in advance as our tours tend to fill up quickly.
